Workshops meet for 12 Sessions once a week, 90 minutes per session. Moms & Dads from the same family are assigned to different workshop groups. There are 12 to 14 parents in each group. We start two workshop groups at the same time. Groups are held on Monday or Thursday evenings from 5:30pm - 7:00pm, and
Parents attend one session per week.
Participants are also required to attend an orientation meeting before they are admitted to a workshop group.

Arrangements to make transfers (exchanges) between parents are done on an appointment only basis after each parent attends an Orientation Meeting.
